There are several downsides to this location. For starters, the drive-thru is exceptionally slow, and it can lead to a bit of chaos in the parking lot, especially if you're at the end of the line and have to maneuver to let other cars pass. Additionally, the operating hours can be quite bizarre; for the past few weeks, they have been closing as early as 3:30 PM, which seems unreasonable. Another issue is the volume of the music. It's played incredibly loud, making it difficult to enjoy your coffee in peace. Even if they happen to be playing something you like, the sound is overwhelming, particularly in a space with high ceilings that amplifies the noise. As for parking, it's not very convenient. There are only four or five spots close by, and the rest are quite a distance away.

The service was terrible; I waited 30 minutes just for a drink. The beverage was absolutely awful. I will not be returning to this place.

I recently had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I ordered a nitro brew with caramel sweet cream, but what I received was a cold brew topped with a strange foam. It was clearly not made as it should have been, and the taste was extremely unappetizing. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

I will never return. This is my third time waiting in the drive-thru for over 25 minutes. The high prices and increasingly long wait times are becoming unacceptable.

Why were the doors locked?! I could see my order waiting inside, but they wouldn’t open up. The drive-thru line was incredibly long. I had placed my order on the app for inside pickup. The management and staff were really lacking. Parking was a nightmare; the line was so long that we felt trapped in the lot with so many people around. Overall, not a good experience.
