Bowl Of Phở Vietnamese Cuisine

I have been here a few years ago. I consider myself a connoisseur of Beef Pho, and they have definitely cut back on ingredients that make Beef Pho what it is. Pho broth is what makes the dish, if not done correctly, it is nothing more than warm water. The broth lacked a lot of flavor, there was very little beef served in the soup, even though I paid an extra dollar to add the roasted beef. There were very little condiments given, no soy sauce on the table, no dried garlic, etc. I also ordered a Banh Mi sandwich to go. Very disappointed, lacked the pate and flavor I've had previously at other restaurants. I threw it away, it was also very small. They don't serve these sandwiches that small in Vietnam or other excellent restaurants. I will not return. The service was good. The location is very small, but probably good enough for Pho. Orlando was our server!!! He is amazing I strongly suggest coming in for him. I agree with the reviews saying food is bland I had the pho deluxe never again!!! Protions are small I had 2 tendon, 2 meatball and probably 4 slices of beef The noodles portion didn't even make up for it. I had no onion at all Got the bun mi for an app. They charged full price for a veggie one and barely any veggies even tho the sever put extra veggies on the ticket. (The special notes come printed on your bill) they were pretty bland compared to others I've had niot pickeled very well.... my boyfriend had the shrimp and rice He said it was pretty good but you get 4 shrimp and a pile of rice . So protien to carb portion is not good. Again Orlando was amazing And for the size of the resturant he was extremely busy Sometimes the service just sent enough to get people to come back. They missed an item on my order and I then told me to call back later to get a refund. Then when I called back later the owner hung up once I asked for a refund. Food: 3 Service: 1
