Linsys Hispanic Store - Woodlawn

I ordered dinner for delivery from Linsy's last night, and the food was amazing. I had three tacos and a pupusa with rice and beans, and it completely impressed me. My boyfriend and I will definitely be ordering from here again!

However, there seems to be an issue with the staff when it comes to providing water. I ordered drinks only to find that one was unavailable. When I asked for a cup of water, the waitress had to get permission from someone else, who rudely informed me that I could only buy water from the case and handed me an empty cup to fill with bottled water. He then went back to his duties behind the grocery store counter. We spent $35 on food, and it would have been nice to have a complimentary cup of water. Despite this, I will return, as I've been a long-time customer. It would be a nice addition if they offered complimentary water like many other establishments, especially considering how delicious their food is.

I just ordered some Sopa de Mariscos from this restaurant through Uber Eats, and oh my goodness! I also got two al pastor tacos. The tacos were decent, but they didn’t blow me away. However, the Seafood soup was absolutely amazing! It was so good that I found myself dancing with delight. I was actually frustrated that I couldn't finish it because it was so filling. The portion size is huge and stuffed with all sorts of seafood—fish, scallops, mussels, clams, and shrimp. Honestly, it’s the best soup I’ve ever had and it's a must-try! The price is fantastic for such incredible freshness. I could eat this every day!
