Sizzler - WOODLANDS

Sizzler is a family-friendly restaurant. Definitely ideal to take the children for dinner. The place was well maintained. The selection of salad and dessert bar was good. They will be spoiled for choice. The pumpkin soup should die. The apple crumb was also delicious without the jug. The staff stood on everything. Customer service was excellent.

An enjoyable dinner with the wife here last night. Lovely staff, great salad bar, amazing cheese toast. The only (slight) blemish was that our well done T bone steak was a little too red. Still, we will be back soon enough.

It was a great experience to visit this restaurant with my family. The staff were quite friendly and kind! If I come to perth once again, I really want to visit here.

Went to Sizzler’s for my niece’s 5th birthday dinner. We waited over 30 minutes in the queue. The waitrons and servers were friendly though. I find the prices quite high. Although servers continuously roam the area to refill the salad bars, they had run out of chocolate ice-cream by 6:30 pm. They had also run out of toppings and there was no sign of refills. The ice-cream station was dirty with ice-cream all over the area. The water jugs were empty too. The coffee machines looked grubby and the one had strange residue hanging down from it. Whilst I appreciate the nature of the venue and the challenges of having continuous serving clientele, the restaurant was not busy and I was surprised that there were no obvious attempts by anyone to cleanup and refill the serving area. The tables were cleared quickly by comparison so there were employees around constantly cleaning the eating areas. My brother’s steak took about 30 minutes to arrive and we’d all finished our main meals by the time his steak arrived. The food tasted good and my niece was treated to a sparkler sundae. The special treat was asked for by us and was delivered fairly quickly. Overall it was a fun experience but I won’t visit again soon as I don’t believe it is worth the cost all things considered. A meal for 3 adults (2 having salads) and a child (who hardy ate) was $119.

Like many others, went back one last time. Brought back a lot of memories and nostalgia. Due to the sheer numbers, staff couldn't keep up how fast the salad bar was being depleted. Also because of the demand, there were no cheese toast refills allowed. Good to see the mega bacon cheese burger back on the menu. They're definitely taking some cost cutting measures for wrap up like no more jalapenos in the salad bar which has never been the case for years. At the end of the day it is overpriced for what it is, two salad bars with drinks, a main and entree was $60... Definitely not competitive anymore.
