Han's Cafe - Event Cinema - Innaloo

We regularly visit Hans for a meal prior to seeing a movie. Staff always bring bottled water and menu as soon as we are seated. Meals come quickly, hot and delicious.

Pretty average, i've been there several times in the past and you feel like this service is getting lower. All they want you to do is eat and get out. Been to the Morley Han's this would be the best one in the northern suburbs. Service great not pushy and a very good explaining things.

Food is flavorless and not good. This place just seems like another restaurant that squeaks by, giving the bare minimum effort.

I wanted a quick bite before the movie so ate here. I ordered a chicken/seafood noodle dish which was awful. The chicken was almost non existent and looked like it had been 'recycled' - it was like shredded rag. The seafood (squid) was inedible - it was as tough as boots. Unfortunately I was hungry so I persisted but when my friend came in to get me she sat opposite me and was shocked (having owned an Asian restaurant herself made her even more incredulous). I had my back to the action - but on one of the restaurant tables behind me sat two staff who were separating rice paper whilst playing with their phone in between. No nets, no gloves, no containers even - just small piles of rice paper on the tabletop! No matter how hungry I am in future - Hans is definitely off my list!

Excellent service and the food was out pretty quickly. We (3) were heading to a movie, and the food was ordered and out in no time. Ordered a lovely glass of Merlot (house wine) Delish:). Will definitely go again.
