Carl's Jr. - Woodland Hills

The sign on the window clearly says that the dine-in opens at 6am. When I pulled the door to open it, it was still locked at 6:02 am. One lady behind the counter shakes her head NO at me and turns away. The other two ladies turn around and ignore me as well. When I returned from getting gas at the station next door at 6:20 am, the doors were still locked. I will be calling the corporate office to report this. They had enough employees to accommodate me, but chose not to.

Great place to grab a quick lunch and dinner when the time is right.!

WORST CARLS JR LOCATION IN HISTORY. Do you need napkins to wipe your hands and mouth? Bring your own. Need some ketchup, ranch, or any dipping sauce for that matter? Bring your own. Oh and the only sodas they ever have is sprite and diet coke. Nasty. If you want a charbroiled chicken club after 9 pm, make sure you go to a different location. This location never has anything they are consistently running out of inventory. Staff are underpaid and just don't care and the manager seems to be in that same boat. I'm sorry I don't write reviews for drive thru normally, however when you order 40 chicken stars with 4 large fries, you would think there would be at least one ketchup packet or some kind of dipping sauce. Nope, because they ran out of inventory. Manager needs to step up and order enough stock to fulfill every order until the next shipment. Place is somewhat clean. Plenty of parking is probably the only upside. Get yourself a burrito at the Mexican spot they share a lot with!

Without a doubt, this is the top Carl's Jr restaurant in the San Fernando Valley!

I'm not sure why I was charged 39¢ for a slice of onion on my Big Carl Sandwich.
