I've visited this restaurant three times, but I won't be returning. When I inquired about the salami, the staff member claimed it would turn brown when heated. However, I requested to see the unprepared salami package, and it looked the same, so she changed her explanation, saying it came from Cisco that way. It seems clear that they are aware they are serving subpar food and don't seem to care.

A quick breakfast stop turned out to be disappointing. The menu features several options, but it was confusing and lacked clarity. When I tried to order proteins separately, I was informed that they only offered them as part of a sandwich, which was not clearly communicated upfront. I suggested they include a note about this policy on the menu, but they claimed it already existed. It would be a simple fix to add a few words to explain this rule. I asked to speak with a manager, and the name I received, Hiriam, was not helpful, as I was simply given the shop's contact number. Overall, it felt like they don’t prioritize customer service. The prices are steep, the staff was rude, and I left with a disappointing first impression.

This place has the worse service ever. The employees are very rude. I work right next door, and on one occasion I came in and I wanted to order something to go. The cashier told me sorry you have to wait because the floor is wet and I cant take your order or ring you up. So I figure she means wait for a few minutes. Then a vendor goes back behind the counter to look at the cash register and she walks up to the cash register to join him and walks all around the kitchen area with no problem (deliberately not helping me out). So after 10 mins I leave because she still does not take my order. On another occasion, I call to place an order. I ask her what different kinds of chicken paninis they have, and she said there are three. I asked what they were. She said I don 't know. Then I asked her you don 't know what your own sandwiches are called? Then she hung up on me! I called back and it went straight to voicemail. I get the feeling they are not in the business to make money. Otherwise, they would have at least baseline customer service.
