I'm pleased with the food, but I didn't get the large curly fries that I ordered and paid for. So disappointing!
This is the second time I've ordered the Jumbo Jack Cheeseburger and received it without cheese. My order took over an hour, even though it was supposed to arrive in 22 minutes. It's cold and unappetizing.
Excellent Jack in the Box restaurant! Friendly staff!
Even the milkshake got here in great shape!
