I placed on on line order. Could not enter this establishment to pick up my order. They do not have enough staff members to have the lobby opened. So I waited in line at the drive through for 22 minutes for an on line order that was ready 22nd it's ago. Hot food was cold. Cold sandwich was soggy. I do not think I will ever order on line at this location ever again. Better off just ordering when you arrive.
Charged me double the price that I was supposed to pay, and then told me there was nothing they could do about it afterwardsEdit: and then they add a very insincere automated response instead of actually doing something about it. Very bad night time staff and customer service responses.
I went here for lunch. When I walked in I realized that I never see any of my U.A.W sister/ brothers here. I see why. They are very slow In my opinion do not care about their customers. I asked if I could bulid my sandwich. I was told yes.I asked for ranch on the side. You can see I didn 't add mayonnaise but my sandwich had mayo. I called ask is this mayo was told yes. I was told, we can make it over . I say, ma 'am my lunch is over. I take the sandwich back AFTER work. Why is the manager telling me I was rude disrespectful because the lady said I scared her when I raised my voice in saying ma 'am OVER the phone ask to see the sandwich. I told the manager that 's not disrespectful or rude. I never cussed or threatened anyone. Ihave a egg allergy they can have the sandwich. I never received apology. I was treated like I was trying to get something free. I paid gave a tip. The manager was rude to me. Never mind that I have a allergy never mind that I didn 't get lunch.Never will I support this store. Throw the whole store away.
We placed an order online because we were in a bit of a hurry. We waited an extra five minutes past the pickup time to even go inside and when we got the the counter our order had not even been started, despite it being very slow. They also informed us that they didn’t have the soup I ordered, which was fine and I swapped it for something else. It took us an additional 30 minutes to get out two sandwiches, and they forgot our drink. Fine whatever. No big deal. I sit down, bite into my sandwich, and I swear the girl didn’t even read the ticket. They offered to remake it but by the time they did, which took an additional 15 minutes, my spouses food and the rest of my meal was cold. A waste!The amount of time it took me to receive a preordered and prepaid sandwich is asinine.
