Victory Cafe Woodford

Absolutely loved this gorgeous old style milk Bar/diner type place. Everything was amazing except the flake (I think maybe we were given the wrong thing, no biggie). 10/10 would go again. Chips were amazeballs, fish cocktails delicious and best of all it was all battered not crumbed!!!!!

Walked in and asked the lovely lady what her specialty was… She said “Everything”. Place reminded me of the old time Milk Bars of the past… Got the food home in the old school Butchers Paper and have to admit, it was the Best Fish &Chips I have had in a long time… Will be back…

This stop over was for lunch. I had a flavoured milk, a hamburger and chips. I'm sure I said I would dine in, but when the attendee brought me my meal, it was wrapped up in paper. I was a bit disappointed as I thought the food would be presented on a plate. Too difficult to do the washing up I guess?

If you want a burger... like, a real burger, not one of those McVomit things... this is the place! Old shop in the middle of Woodford. Old Style food. Burger patties are made out of mince! And chips are pretty good too. Do yourself a favour. A visit to the Victory cafe is like a step back in time, to when burgers tasted good!
