Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Woodford

I had a terrible experience at this Dairy Queen location. The manager on duty was quite rude and treated me like I was trying to take advantage of the system when I asked her to scan my rewards. She didn’t even greet me and instead directed another employee to assist me. I felt unfairly judged and unwelcome. I won’t be returning to this location again due to the poor customer service from the manager. However, I would like to commend Taya, who did an excellent job of communicating and providing great customer service. Unfortunately, the manager, Gabrielle C., or whoever was on duty that night, really dropped the ball.

Best Dairy Queen I've ever been to! The service was exceptional and the food was delicious! I had their chili dogs and Peanut Buster parfait, and they were fantastic! Thank you, ladies—you truly deserve recognition for your cheerful and friendly customer service!

The staff was lovely and quickly provided an allergy menu, which is a big plus since many places are either unaware they have one or take a long time to find it. They also had cups on the wall displaying different sizes and illustrating the differences between milkshakes, Blizzards, and other treats, which I found very helpful. The ice cream tasted great, and my boyfriend really enjoyed his Blizzard. I was amazed when they turned it upside down—something I hadn’t seen before—but it was exciting! Overall, I’d give this place a 10/10.

The food here is really good quality, fresh ingredients, clean restaurant. It's much better than other dairy queens I've eaten at. Great food for the reasonable price

First time eating/ordering from this DQ. Grubhub delivered it 10 mins before it was supposed to arrive. My food was hot yet my blizzard still frozen and I have to say the presentation of my meal was better than the pictures. No napkins, and sauces fordipping onion rings. The main thing is, it took of team of players to make my meal get to my home hot, looking good, and tastyand today you all have rocked it!!
