Viet Pho - Woodbury

I visited for lunch and ended up waiting nearly 30 minutes for my food, only to find that my order was incorrect. While we waited, I noticed several other customers experiencing the same issue with their orders. Some people who came in to dine waited about 15 minutes and then were offered someone else's order that had already been taken out. I won’t be returning or ordering from here again. If I could give negative stars, I certainly would.

I really wanted to enjoy this place and was excited to order from here, but unfortunately, this may be my last order. There were some positives, like the quick preparation of our food and the delicious sweet and sour chicken. However, things took a downturn with my Teriyaki chicken. When I opened the container, I was shocked to find it nearly empty! It looked like there was only about a quarter cup of chicken and a cup of rice (in a separate container) for which I paid $13. Not only was the portion smaller than I've ever seen from a restaurant, but the chicken also smelled and tasted burnt! Although the teriyaki sauce itself was tasty, I had to push aside the burnt odor to finish my meal. I'm quite disappointed because these issues seem so easy to resolve!

The spring rolls and dumplings were almost bland, and they were the only items we could manage to finish. The fried tofu was overcooked and resembled a dry, old sponge. I wish I could provide feedback on the curry I ordered, but unfortunately, it didn't make it into the bag.

I have seen reviews that say how small the portions are. While they do not serve a bucket like some places, the portions are worth the price you pay here. Eating is good?

First and last time ordering food here. This is by far and I?m not over exaggerating the ONLY bad Viet restaurant I?ve been to. I?ve been to PLENTY of Vietnamese restaurants in Canada and America and the BEST thing about Vietnamese restaurants are the fact their food menu is usually always identical therefore I order the SAME dish in EVERY Viet restaurant and 99% of the time it?s delicious. #1 The service was mediocre I was trying to be nice and the cashier cut me off when I was speaking also had air pods in I asked for canned coke over the phone but they gave me fountain Pepsi I took it anyway I didn?t really want to complain about minor things plus it?s a holiday #2 I ordered the rice dish rice porkchop and ordered a side of chicken an egg since I needed to have a $15 purchase to use a card and dear god it was disgusting. The only thing good about this dish was the rice. they gave me a side portion of the smallest thinnest sliced chicken which was dry and a bit burnt I can?t get this after taste out of my mouth I feel like I ate a cigarette and the porkchop was dry as well as bland. The sweet sauce barely helped and also how do you mess up a fried egg??? Why does it taste like this?? And you know what the cashier told me they had no take out menu because they were working on a new menu ? lord have mercy yall need to work on your current menu or at least change your chef im sorry. I barely give 1 star reviews but honestly save yourself the trip. I gave a $1.00 tip even though I ordered take out and the service was bad like why did I do that to myself??? Who are giving these 5 star reviews? I have two questions for y?all 1, is this the only Vietnamese restaurant you?ve been to? 2, do y?all season your meat?? Because I can definitely tell some of y?all don?t.
