Potbelly Sandwich Shop - Woodbury

Sandwiches and soups were delicious. I'm going to the chicken club with added blue cheese crumbs. Very recommended and pair it with the baking potato soup or chili. Five stars for Jason. He was friendly, friendly and super attentive. Jason made me appreciated and greeted from the moment I went, so if you get the chance to stop, I hope you do when Jason works behind the counter. You'll be glad you did it. Update: 05/13/2022- revisited and Ashley, Nick, Joshua and Carmen were wonderful!

The restaurant was a disappointment. They advertise their meat portions, but it's almost vegetarian-friendly. The sandwiches were reminiscent of Subway. The Pot Pie Soup, however, was delicious.

This restaurant is perfect for a quick meal. The quality is consistent. Parking is usually not an issue except during the busy Christmas shopping season. The overall cleanliness of the place is impressive and the staff are always friendly. Keep up the good work! Just a word of caution, be careful when requesting extra oil, as you might end up with more than you bargained for. It's not a big deal, just a slight exaggeration.

I normally like potbelly?s chili bowl but today it was flavorless, it was greasy, no beans and the meat was in little pieces. We got the bottom of the pan. So disappointed. I was looking forward to a good meal. What you see it?s vegetables not beans.

We ordered to go and found issues with our order after getting home to eat. We ordered a large mac cheese--it was only half full. We ordered big turkey club but got a grilled chicken sandwich. Person toppings station asked if we ordered a grilled chicken--we said no, we ordered a turkey club--he paused then continued as if it were a turkey club sandwich. We paid for extra avocado--sandwich only had a very small slice of avocado. Checking the receipt when we got home, it was listed as a BG Grilled Chicken instead of the turkey club we ordered--and confirmed with the 2nd person, who was at the toppings station. We are very disappointed with this experience and will not visit this location again.
