Domino's Pizza - Woodbury

Here's a helpful tip: the reason this place only gets 3 stars is that Domino's corporate often steps in to give us a free pizza whenever we end up paying for something here. If you don’t order during peak times, you might find yourself waiting an hour and a half or longer for your food. Luckily, the app automatically offers a free pizza if your order takes too long. So, if you enjoy free pizza and don’t mind the wait, this could be a good choice for you. However, if you're really hungry, I recommend going somewhere else, as they aren’t adequately staffed for the size of the area. It’s not the hardworking staff's fault; the issue lies with the management and ownership. Having worked at Domino's for years, I understand the challenges they face. It might be worth asking Domino's corporate to consider opening another store in the area to reduce wait times and the long trips for drivers.

I just ordered pizza over the phone, and the person said it would take 20 to 25 minutes for pickup. When we arrived at the restaurant, they told us it would actually be 2 hours. What’s going on? No more Domino’s for me!

I've been fortunate with my experiences at this restaurant; each time I've ordered, they've either been relatively quiet or have efficiently managed to keep up with orders, delivering my food around the estimated time. I wasn't a big fan of Domino's in the past, but after giving it another try, I've been pleased every time. It's unfortunate that the carryout deal prices have increased, but it's still worth it.

I understand it 's hard to find help and I do not blame the staff there, but the bad franchise owners. I booked a timed order to be ready at 1:30. We are normally Pizza Hut people, but my 5 year old was adamant we go to Dominos this time. Showed up at 1:35with 6 month old and 5 year old, hazard lights on for car pick-up. Couldn 't click here on the app so went it. Sorry, wedon 't do timed orders anymore we are too busy. We politely cancelled and went to Pizza Hut.

Ordered through the app. An HOUR later and it hadn't advanced on their little order meter thingy. Called the store they said ANOTHER hour. CANCEL!!! RUN, don't walk, RUN away from this place. RUDE person on the phone. Nothing at all positive tosay.
