This includes placing a tin lid on top of all bowls and salads before putting them in a bag, which seemed wasteful if you wanted to eat there and was also a hassle to open. It appeared that the staff preferred not to interact with customers, hence the default takeout option. The lids were often bent, making them less reusable for leftovers. The restaurant also did not offer cauliflower rice and some other menu options seemed to be missing. Additionally, I received the smallest amount of lettuce I've ever gotten in a salad from any Chipotle location. The staff seemed disinterested and there were a few tables needing to be cleaned while some employees were engaged in conversation.
This is the first Chipotle I've been to where they don't ask if it's for here or to go. They automatically make everything to go, putting a lid on all bowls and salads and placing them in a bag. It feels like a waste if you want to eat there. The service feels rushed and the staff doesn't seem very friendly or eager to help. The lids are difficult to use again once they are bent. They don't offer cauliflower rice and it feels like there are limited options. They also skimped on the amount of salad they gave me compared to other Chipotle locations.
