I love Caribou and stop any chance of me. I want to say that this location NOT offer drive thru, just take out.

Poor service. We got there 5 minutes before closing and asked for a quick cup of drip coffee, we were told it had all been thrown out since they were closing soon. The barista was obviously annoyed we were there and quickly took our orders. I paid for a medium latte, got a small. He stuck them on the counter and turned out the bar lights. I have worked at a coffee shop as well and closing time is always a breath of fresh air... but you keep serving people well until you actually close.

I just asked. Can you do a Breve? And boy delivered them. I'm usually disappointed when I go to chain operations. These baristas are not paid enough. Wondrous Coffee and excellent service.

I usually do not check places, but I made a mobile order today and waited 15 minutes for it to be made. There was no worker in the store and I had to go without a drink. Five dollars wasted, I didn't get a drink.

I come to this place Daily To Njoy My Liquid Gold, Today I have noticed how professional the manager Trasie Handled a VERY Rude customer..I was behind the customer in line, the customer was literally throwing the money with her! Rude! Could 't take a moment, nice place it in her hand like a civilized human being. Trasie Handled This customer beautiful, instead of getting frustrated, Smiled ended the transaction.. Trasie Deserves Special Recognition .Schön handled.?
