Caribou Coffee - Woodbury

The service was excellent, but it would be nice to see more smiles occasionally! The restaurant was clean, authentic, and cozy.

I would rate this restaurant 4 stars as it can be hit or miss. We had two coffees during our visit and they were great. However, when we arrived in the morning, the cream from the previous day was still used and they overloaded my simple bagel with cream cheese. It seemed like the entire container was on the side of the bagel! I had to wipe off most of it when I got home. Later in the day, they gave us free pastries, but my family thought they were a bit stale.

This restaurant is terrible, they refuse to let you use the bathroom even if you have placed an order. It doesn't matter if you want to order first or use the bathroom first, they won't allow you to use their facilities. It's disappointing that the owners of this establishment are so impolite.

In the morning I visited this Caribou, it was freezing and raining??? out... the atmosphere was so warm, soothing the service was super(* as well as the Rasberry, white chocolate Scones)...not my neighborhood Caribou but I definitely plan to visit it again. ?

Not my favorite place... There was ppl walk thru the drive thru and the layout of the location was not friendly. The staff is very nice, but it is not worth returning.
