The place is fantastic! It has a casual vibe that makes you feel comfortable. You can enjoy delicious food and the atmosphere is great. If you have any issues, don’t expect to get your money back just for the sake of it. It's best to approach things realistically. Overall, it's a wonderful experience!

If I could give them zero stars, I would. The food was terrible. I waited nearly an hour for my meal, and unfortunately, the taste matched the wait. When the food arrived, the fries were soggy, the Buffalo Chicken sauce was awful, and the pizza was drenched in excessive sauce and overly doughy. I called to request a partial refund, but it was a difficult process. Since I was at work, I couldn't return the food myself. I also mentioned that the fries seemed greasy and tasted like they were cooked in old oil. The staff member insisted that her friends' fries are never soggy and that they change their oil every two days. Given that this place serves customers consistently, I have my doubts about the freshness of their oil. Overall, I wish they could improve their quality.
