Starbucks - Woodbury Heights

I absolutely love this Starbucks fast and friendly service. I've come up with this drink I fell in love with, and I've gotten it for the past two weeks. They have been on point with it every time gotta love it!!! Dulce de leche canela bomba Frappuccino

The food and drinks I got were delicious. Staff/service was very nice. Overall amazing.. Starbucks is my go to!

Learn to serve the customer in the store first.18 cars went through the drive-thru and 9 mobile pickup orders were done before I received my order. And no one came in to pick up any of those mobile orders.There were at least 5 or 6 workersI was the ONLY person in the store... and waited.... and waited.

Very few employees understand customer service. (So far, I have only encountered 2 staff members, and both ladies are amazing! Orders marked ready but not when go to pick-up. They will let cold drinks go melt down while not even starting to make hot.Have had multiple experiences with the same problems. Over loud music making this location feel unwelcoming to sit and talk or even just take a minute to enjoy coffee.Staff doesn't know how to pace order prep, so whole orders are ready.Have had to leave more than once when the order is not ready. Then, when you come back, you are told someone else must have taken it.The quality and atmosphere of this location are extremely non-customer oriented.Brand is more interested in promoting social viewpoints than taking care of business and customers whose commerce keeps business open.Often out of staples.
