I was quite disappointed with my experience. The service was awful, and the Baileys coffee did not impress me—it was way too strong.
Her tone and demeanor were aggressive and unwelcoming. There was an Asian customer who struggled to communicate his order due to limited English proficiency, and the woman at the counter was abrasive and almost discriminatory. She kept interrupting him as he was trying to explain what he wanted. It was evident that she had little patience, even though the line was short and there weren’t many people waiting. The entire interaction between them was uncomfortable to witness. While we waited for our order, she approached us and asked, "What are you waiting for, sir?!" in a harsh tone. We responded, saying, "We're just waiting for our sandwiches," to which she curtly replied, "They’re at the end of the counter!" again using the same abrasive tone and avoiding eye contact. Having worked in restaurants myself, I understand the challenges of a fast-paced environment. However, the rude and socially inept behavior I encountered is not what one would expect from a Tim Hortons.
Just a person making food causes a line up.but. there are keeping customers happy.
Well given coffees with coffee lids filled with coffeeSeems like they don’t care or know how to serve
