Pho Mama (woodbridge)

Hands down, one of the best pho places in Woodbridge! Since moving up here from downtown, my husband and I have yet to find somewhere that brings me back a little bit of home. Pho mama definitely does that! Their wonton soup with egg noodles is my go to for when I have a cold! We are for sure going to be long time returning customers!

UGH i hate writing bad reviews but this place is something else. Ive dined in 3x in the past 2 years and the food is 6-7/10. Service is 0.5/10 (the 0.5 is for the bare minimum, bringing my food from the kitchen). I'm used to eating superb viet food in the city and unparalleled customer service, but i now live close to this place so I had no choice today.Im feeling under the weather and my partner who is away on a business trip insisted i just use ubereats instead of driving.I ordered a rice and curry vermicelli and salt and pepper fried squid for myself.why did they find it necessary to cancel my entire order because they don't have SHREDDED PORK for the rice? That relinquishes my uber promo discount.Did they make attempts to call me? Sure. 12:34 and 12:37 Twice and left no voicemail? I thought it was spam until i realized its probably the world's best restaurant trying to reach me. And then had the audacity to cancel after i called a second after 12:37.I always despised the service here even when dining in. Always tipped 15% even though they can tell i was not pleased because its not about the and im not cheap. Hope they would learn from their mistakes. Guess not.Drive a bit further for Pho Vaughan people. This incompetence is not worth it.

I was there for dinner with my family, first and last time going there. Food is over salted. Flavour is not authentic like other Vietnamese restaurants.

Great food. Very fresh. I like their pho broth, good flavors ?. Very kind and friendly. Seems family owned and run.. not sure but it's it's comfortable atmosphere.I tried their spring rolls fresh and fried) loved them. Will definitely go back to try other dishes. One thing I was disappointed about was that they had Banh MI on the menu but they don't offer it ? you should. It's so good.
