The lady that made my Caramel Macchiato was so pleasant. The staff members here are more customer friendly than the Menlo Park Mall for years.

I love this location. I’m a regular customer at this location. I’m there so much they know exactly what I’m going to order and how I’m going to order it.. The owner is really nice and so are all of the baristas. They are kid friendly as well. I live close by another location but choose to come to this location. The atmosphere is great, it’s also very clean. They never complain when you want to tweak your drink and modify a drink to your liking. *Eddie puts time into making my drink and you can tell*Kid-friendliness: The employees talk to the kids and let them order they have kid friendly menu items.
Really bad service didn't get my drink how i wanted it i asked for a refund and they didn't want to give me a refund i wasted 40 dollar i had to throw my drinks away specially the workers they they treated me
