I'm further disappointed. I reached out to management for their comments, but after waiting for 8 full business days, I still haven't received a response.

I always leave this place feeling happy. As a non-carnivore, I appreciate the variety of options available—every burger comes with a veggie patty or an Impossible patty. I'm especially pleased with the choices for kids. My 3-year-old can be quite picky, but this is the only restaurant where she finishes her entire plate. The customer service is excellent as well; everyone, from the maitre d' to the manager, is incredibly helpful. Our servers are consistently pleasant, and it's lovely to witness the strong camaraderie among the staff. Their enjoyment in working together is evident. The bottomless fries are a nice touch, but honestly, my burger is so filling that I never need more than that. I also appreciate being able to choose a side of broccoli instead of fries. I could go on about how great this place is!

The Impossible Burger was absolutely delicious, and the sweet potato fries were fantastic as well. I placed an order for pickup, and it was ready exactly when promised. The Impossible Burger was so impressive that I briefly forgot I wasn't eating a traditional meat burger—it exceeded my expectations by a wide margin. I will definitely be ordering again!
