Real Fruit Bubble Tea Woodbridge

The drinks were all good. We got the mango slushy with bubbles, peach slushy with bubbles, and a regular milk bubble tea. The tablet for ordering was pretty easy to use. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the person working there was busy cutting mangos, and 5 minutes after we ordered hadn't even started our order. I had to ask if he could help us, and only then did he stop chopping fruit and start our order. I understand he was busy, but help the customer first before doing other work!

I visited this store for the first time yesterday and it did not disappoint. The little blonde girl that helped me was very polite and informative, she answered every question I had. The self order kiosk is very easy to use and my drink came out in no time. I got a mango slush with the little bits of mango and you could taste how fresh everything was. I will definitely be coming back the next time I come to this mall

Always enjoyed their drinks , especially their watermelon slush and coffee milk tea. Their milk tea isn’t bad either. Staff were average service because they tried to push customers to order through the kiosk machine, so not much interactions.

Poor customer service. First time yesterday and we used the kiosk to order. The young guy actually gave my friend his drink. The young lady just sat my drink up on the counter without even saying it’s ready— while me and my friends were just standing there waiting. I’m guessing she just didn’t want to interact with us. The drink was too sweet, even with ice, it was so warm that the ice melted. Def won’t be back ??‍

Store says it closes at 9pm. came at 8:30. they denied service and said we are closed. horrible customer service
