Przekaż informację zwrotnąAfter losing all our Potbelly locations in Canada, it was a treat to finally experience it again after so many years. I sampled the Cubano, the Wreck, and the Steakhouse Beef sandwiches. The Wreck was my favorite, but all three were incredibly delicious.
The quality of food and customer services has decreased. Your only concern is to get in and out as soon as possible. In and of itself, this is not so bad, but it is obvious that all that they care is to get the next person. The young lady who takes the sandwiches from the toaster doesn't listen. That means I have to repeat two or three times. I made the mistake of asking mushrooms on my sandwich, which led to her rolling her eyes because she had to run 6 feet away to get them. While my sandwich is still made, my payment is required. The cashier didn't even know what my order was, but he wanted to avenge me so he could come to the next customer. To get a customer out quickly is a good idea, but not at the expense of treatment with respect and dignity. As far as food is concerned, it is good, but very uneven. The soup I had three days ago was better than the same seasoned soup I had today. The quality of the sandwich was also missing. I need to find another Potbelly nearby and to see the service and the food is better. If not, I'd like to take my business elsewhere.
The staff at this restaurant is very friendly and efficient, despite long lines. The sandwiches are tasty, but they tend to rush through orders and make mistakes. However, they do correct them which makes for a positive experience. I wish they would pay more attention when preparing meals. Overall, I really enjoyed my visit and will happily return. I recommend trying the shakes, they are a great addition for warm days.
I used to go a lot to potbelly in D.C and used to enjoy it. I m not sure what?s the main problem here. Every time I go here I am disappointed no matter what I order. This time it was a original cheese sandwich with only a little onions and tomatoes and a bag of chips and they charged me $19! How? Picture of the sandwich
They don?t always make the sandwiches carefully and they came out poor quality kinda often. They get a late lunch rush that is best to completely avoid. I ordered with the app on sunday and they had a sign on the door when i arrived to pickup my order saying they had closed for the day. (My order had already been charged to my card) The app says to call the store directly if there is an issue with your order, but they never picked up the phone. When i finally made it back to the store they offered me a free sandwich and said that refunds had already been issued. However, I never did receive that refund.
