Papa Johns Pizza - Woodbridge

I can?t speak on the other reviews in regards to how accurate they are or what the issue were specifically that?s causing the other all rating to be so low but I?m my personal (and very recent) experience, I?ve had nothing but the best possible outcomeevery time I?ve ordered. Whether it be delivered or take out, they?ve always gotten everything right, down to topping, bakingtime and even making sure the sauce cups I bought were in the boxes. Same goes with delivery, and the wait time on that hasalways be speedy and prompt. Again, not sure if the bad reviews are recent or more then a year old, but I can say with absoluteconfident I?ve had a great experience with Papa John?s at this location and highly recommended them, 5 stars ?????? Edit: Toclarify, the quality of their Stuffed Crust is what I?m referring to. There other selection of pizza I can?t comment one since Idon?t order any other kind of pizza but the stuffed crust

ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE Pizza maker Markoz was so rude to explain about any deal , lady in front had no brain either. Owner you should be at the store to see how the employess behave in your absence.

I cannot understand why this place does not have a rating of at least 5 stars. I order from this Papa John's location at least three times a week. Their buffalo chicken wings are fantastic, their pizza is consistently hot and fresh, and their desserts are always tasty and fresh. The staff at this Papa John's is incredibly kind, and I have never had any issues here. I love that I live only 6 minutes away from this location! I will definitely continue ordering from here.

I paid $20 for a pizza that was soggy and undercooked. It would be better to visit a traditional pizzeria if you want a good pizza.

The customer service at this restaurant is terrible. The manager should not be interacting with customers, let alone running a franchise. The delivery driver is rude and acts as if they are doing me a favor by delivering the food.
