Little Caesars Pizza - Woodbridge

I like the pizza for the price here versus most other places and it is also closer to my house than others. There are places I like better but we have lately been going to this place. I really like their pickup system where they notify me when it is ready and I can just run in and grab it. The system also keeps it warm, although I am usually there within a minute or two of when it is ready. I've had limited interaction with the staff, as it hasnt been needed. They are often slightly later than the quoted time. We get pizza quite a bit and I've only had one bad food-quality issue (with the crazy-bread having some buttery type sauce put on it after it was cooked??? ; otherwise our order has been correct. We will probably hit this place up again in a week or so.

Do not eat or work here. Management is bad and unprofessional. Work environment is toxic. The employees are lazy and smoke out back everyday where customers can see from the parking lot. Managers leave during rush hours to go sit in their cars while still on the clock. Employees stay clocked in without actually being in the store. Employees take pictures and videos of others WITHOUT permission. Kitchen in filthy, toppings are moldy and floors are not clean. No one answers the phone 0/10 do not eat here.

If you have flexibility to order from Dale City, or another pizza spot? DO!!! It doesn't matter if you order before time, are they never ready? EVER!!!! Proposal: Customize your store during peak hours. As I write this, the males who ordered in advance to go walk-ins to another pizza place. This is certainly not my first bad experience at this point, including raw and overcrowded pizza.
