Arby's - Woodbourne-Hyde Park

I had the best customer experience today around 3:50 pm. It's very rare these days to get absolutely ? customer service. The gentleman who worked the drive through window was Cody and he really made my day by delivering the best customer service ? ? I hope that this company realizes the quality of service that you bring to the company. Thanks for your awesome service.

The staff was so friendly and if there was going to be a delay, they communicated. Definitely my favorite location.

Says they close at 10 online. I pull in at 9:45 and they say they’re closed. I wanted my Buffalo slider and I’m never coming back ever again.

Theres been a few times I’ve came there and there’s no roast beef at times. I over heard someone say the manager Antonio or Anglese is always leaving for hours at a time on most days. Sometimes my food isn’t made right the last few times I’ve been there.

All good but forgot Arby’s sauce after asking twice. But it’s no big deal. Still good
