Dunkin' - Wood Dale

Very rude at the window. Not even a smile. Then the girl had to get a manager/owner to give us pup cups. She was cranky and rude and then they charged us for the pup cups. I've been to DD around the U.S. and have never been charged for those. I'll be staying away from this one.Coffee was ready and made correctly at least

Wow! I am blown away today. What a clean dunkin this is (wood dale one). Coolest dunkin ever! Super clean and neat! Clean and best drink! Please keep it up!

Ordered my kids milk shakes , tasted more like milk than oreo. Can’t even make milkshakes right. Don’t waste your money in this location. To busy on there phones!

If I could give this place less than 1 star I would. Went to the drive thru to order a simple iced coffee order...the lady put everything I said on the screen(it was correct) got up to the window and the coffee was totally wrong. The one thing that was right was the fact that it was iced. I told her what I wanted and she proceeded to give me horrible attitude! Whoever that old Indian lady is, I'm assuming she is a manager since I saw her training someone there prior to this incident, needs to be fired! So unprofessional and just seems to not give any care for customers.

This is definitely one of the better Dunkin’s when it comes to efficiency. The staff are friendly.
