토지옹심이 - Wonju

평창다녀 오던길에 토지 박경리작가가 살았던 집이 있는 근처 골목길에 위치한 원주의 맛 집. 특히 주인장의 철학이 담긴 신선한 재료 사용과 정성이 담긴 요리 쏨씨가 최고인것 같다. 감자의 주원료인 메밀전 감자전 감자옹심이 전병 만두등이 주 매뉴인데 우린 거의 전 매뉴를 주문하여 맛을 보았다. 특히 짜기도 맵지도 않고 시원하면서 맛깔스런 동치미와 신선한 재료를 직접 갈아서 만든 감자 옹심이와 단백하면서 들깨 죽 같은 걸쭉한 국물맛등이 갠적으로 최고였다. 모든 메뉴 강추합니다.

옹심이 초보자가 처음먹어보는 옹심이 맛을 설명하자면 감자전 가운데 부분을 뭉쳐서 감자떡찜기에 몇분 넣고 칼국수국물에 넣을맛이랄까 … 오묘한데 담백하고 식감이 참 희안한데 불편하지 않았다. 막국수는 전날 평창에서 맛있는 막국수를 먹어서 자극적이었다는 기억만 나고 면이 메밀소바같은 미끄덩한데 양념이 너무강했다

The buffet I experienced was impressive, filled with a variety of meats and fresh vegetables. Their sides were famous enough to leave a lasting impression and the desserts were delectable. The soup was rich and the main courses were matched with savory flavors. The crispiness of the potato dishes was delightful and the dessert options were varied. My colleagues and I were very pleased with our overall dining experience at Yate Hasn't Been.

I went to this restaurant with my mom. It was convenient as it was close to our house, so we were able to get a table quickly. The turnover was fast, so we didn't have to wait long for our food. I ordered kalguksu, which was delicious. However, the ongsim soup was not as soft and thick as I had hoped. There were plenty of options on the menu, but some dishes like buckwheat noodles and kartoffel ongsim didn't seem to complement each other well. The prices were reasonable, which was a plus. Overall, I enjoyed my experience and would recommend this restaurant to others. I will definitely be returning next time I am in Wonju.
