The Barley Mow - Wolverhampton

Excellent food with friendly staff in an historic quaint setting. It's a nice walk in the summer through the woods and over the fields from the Northway estate, Sedgley. I'd recommend booking though as it does get busy.

Off the track but it's worth going out of your way to visit for a pint of ale and some food. The portions are very good and reasonably priced two mains and two drinks cost less than 30 quid. If there's a few of you planning to eat here it's worth booking in advance as table space is limited. Theres a large gazebo outside with heaters and plenty of benches outside.

Good home cooked food, never had a bad meal there. Advisable to book though as limited seating.

A gem! Have been here a number of times. Asking for that 'extra ' not on menu is no trouble for them. Always busy. Madras curry and steak baguettes a must!! Cheers. Paul Fisher.
