Ordered XXL spare ribs menu. Get the spare ribs in a small, cold bag. When we call back we are told to put it in the microwave. I find this ridiculous, when I order food I assume that you will get it warm, and if you call for cold food that a. you will get your money back or b. you get a new, hot meal. A waste of the €24.
