Raw Energy - Wollongong

The food was delicious and quite filling. We ordered two meals for lunch but couldn't finish them because the portions were very generous. The juice was decent, but next time we’ll opt for a sweeter option. The cold and flu drink was very potent. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and will definitely come back.

I've always enjoyed raw foods, and I’m a bit surprised I didn’t think to write a review sooner. I love their smoothies and juices, which are my main reason for visiting. Recently, I stopped in to break my fast after some blood work and ordered a smoothie along with a few protein balls. It was absolutely delicious and made for a wonderful way to kick off my day.

I had a great experience at this restaurant! The coffee was, of course, excellent, and the food was definitely tasty as well. The prices were reasonable, although there was a bit of a wait for food despite the place not being busy. Instead of taking your order at the table, you have to place it yourself. They offer clear options for healthy meals, as well as vegetarian and even vegan dishes, so there's something for everyone. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Had brekkie here after he had spent the night in a motel near. my first time here, and it liked it. the smoothie and the speck were probably my fav parts of the meal. mushrooms were simply in order, and fried eggs were very overhauled, which spoiled the experience a little. possibly a bit overpriced for what I got, but a solid 4 stars for quality / speed of service overall.

The service was great. The food was good and good value. I had a yummy Earth Raw breakfast and my only negative was the sourdough toast was very thin (not good for soaking up the eggs). Coffee was good, strong and hot!
