The pancakes are excellent, and the Byron Bay coffee is fantastic. The staff is very friendly, making for a pleasant experience. The Dachbar is a great spot to grab a drink before starting your evening, especially with live music on Friday afternoons.

Sleek, enjoyable, and trendy—those are the three words that come to mind when I think of Humber Bar. We visited for both breakfast and lunch, and the quality and flavor of the food exceeded our expectations each time. Don't miss out on trying their coffee, it's fantastic! The space itself is well-designed; despite being a small building, the dining area feels surprisingly spacious. Will I return? Absolutely!

5 senses coffee with a unique origin for all black coffees by default. the barista here is passionate about the craft and was incredibly welcoming. shakshuka came out very quickly and was hearty and full, perfect for an autumn day.
