This is the best ramen spot in Lubbock and possibly all of west Texas. I highly recommend it with a 10/10 rating.

First and foremost, this is not a food truck, which was a relief on a hot day. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the food, which was a plus. The onigiri was simple and fresh with sushi rice, tuna, and nori. The spicy mayo could have used more kick. The Tonkotsu Pork ramen broth was even better than a place I normally order from in Dallas, and slightly cheaper. The broth was rich and the buckwheat soba noodles had a good chewiness. Even the marinated egg was spot on. Overall, the food was delicious and I will definitely be returning. Service was great, and the average price per person was $10-20 for a dinner meal.
