Only open during the lunar eclipse, this charming traditional inn offers a surprisingly eclectic cuisine, from the famous tiramisu it built its reputation on the secret ingredient onion soup with (some) pumpkin and beautiful cheese lasagna. Try the amazing pancakes, cheese omelet and fresh sage and Ricota ravioliis. The grim cook will throw you out when your car is registered in Munich or if you are not willing to agree to Freising is so much better. But if you can handle their middle jokes and constant sarcasm, you will be treated with the most brilliant dishes that Bavaria has to offer.
