Pizza Hut - Wokingham

The pizza was delicious, featuring an incredible new filled crust. The service from the staff was excellent, and the wait time was quite reasonable.

This is my local Pizza Hut, and I usually either go in to order or opt for home delivery. The delivery is typically quite fast, often arriving within 15 minutes. The pizzas are always delicious and well-prepared, so I have no complaints. They offer medium pizzas for £5, along with great meal deals. The staff are friendly and very helpful.

I was charged for food that never arrived! When I called, they claimed they hadn’t received my order, yet they refused to issue a refund or deliver my meal. I went to the restaurant to speak with the manager, who laughed at me. Once more, they denied me a refund or my food. This is appalling service and utterly disrespectful! I've reported this to the head office and am now waiting for my refund. I truly hope they take the time to educate the manager on how to treat customers or hire someone who actually understands customer service! I strongly recommend avoiding this place!

I had a terrible experience with the delivery service at this restaurant. They use Uber Eats, which is quite unreliable. After waiting two hours, my food was just two minutes away when they suddenly canceled the order. They claimed I wasn’t waiting outside the hotel, which isn’t true. They also said I didn't answer my phone, but that's a lie; they never even called me. When I tried to complain directly to the Pizza Hut location, they insisted they had no record of my order being collected by Uber Eats. Overall, it was an incredibly disappointing experience.

Found 3 hairs in chicken informed restaurant and asked for food to be taken back visited by man who at first was manager and then when swore at us and was picked up on it became managers brother. No apology or replacement food. Disgusted with food hygiene and response but definitely don't expect to be sworn at. Advise use another pizza outlet
