Mcdonald's - Wokingham

The most frustrating McDonalds! Missed off items from my order this evening! An entire meal but sealed the bag like it was in there. More focused on Delivery drivers and people going through the drive through and clearly didn’t focus on this order. This branch needs massive improvements more communication to keep up with demand! Waiting times was 45 minutes and the tv screen with orders was not working with the preparing orders. Thanks for taking my money and not giving me what I wanted! Also aside from missing the double quarter pounder off my order this is the state of the wrap you gave me! Another load of rubbish!!

Absolute joke! I’m going to stop ordering from here on the app as they can NOT put all the item in the bag, and now Uber eats is refusing to refund £40 worth of food I haven’t received! This has happened multiple times but Ives never missed a whole two orders! Never ordering again!

Poor customer service. Had to wait 25 minutes for a meal just because I’ve been asked to park in a bay for a burger and fries. What’s the point of having a drive through? Not even busy

Made us wait 25 mins for a mc crispy and some fries disrespectful at counter
