Eating was great, but the service and attention could have been better. we had to alert the employees to place our order and the staff was not so attentive.

Very good service, personal amazing. the fish was somewhat disappointing, it was corrected. a great service.

Beautiful staff. dinner was acceptable, but nothing special in the eye the aa 2 rosettes; we like the mix and custom Indian English menu. the breakfast was however top drawer.

Sumit was an amazing waiter! Very humorous and gave great information about food and ingredients. His recommendations were spot on we will definitely recommend reading Kronenplaza

The best hotel restaurant, at least in the UK. Amazing, delicious food. All freshly cooked, fast service. Very high standards in customer service. Not only one of the best in Britain, but I would also say what I think is a benchmark for other countries. attentive, courtesy and professional staff. Serves traditional British and Indian dishes. All of the latter is Halal. Would like to come back and recommend to everyone.
