Costa Coffee - Woking

I stopped by for a drink early this morning and was welcomed by a lady named Eva. She was incredibly friendly and had a bright smile! It’s refreshing to see someone with such a positive attitude at work. I will definitely return!

I stopped here for a hot chocolate and truly wished I had chosen another place. We went to the restroom before our drinks were ready and I was appalled by the state of cleanliness in progress there. When I see something I like, I often can't help but look for another place to see if anything else is any better. Fortunately, we didn't have to search much. The tray that our chocolates were served on was dirty. As for the chocolates themselves, they tasted good, but the description should have read "warm" because they were definitely not hot! It was an experience I won't be repeating.

I stopped by this restaurant for a coffee and a light snack. It was clear they were understaffed, as every table had dirty dishes on it. The staff appeared inexperienced and seemed uncertain about their responsibilities.

The service at this restaurant is exceptionally friendly, and the quality of the drinks is impressive. We had a lovely visit today with a wide selection of fresh cakes to choose from. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming.

I always enjoy a great cup of coffee at Costa, especially paired with a delicious blueberry muffin while I wait to meet my daughter Helen and grandson Douglas. Unfortunately, I won't be able to see my granddaughter Darcy this time since she's at school. It's hard to believe how quickly they grow up—time really flies, and they don’t stay little for long!
