The hotel is a former Hampton Inn or Fairfield Inn that lost its franchise and has now been rebranded. The pictures you will see in marketing materials do not accurately represent the property, which is actually very worn out. We reserved a specific room type which was carelessly given away and which compromised our stay requiring an early departure. Staff is friendly but very poorly trained and unable to operate most hotel systems. Day manager is completely incompetent and unwillingly to speak with guests directly when problems arise. There are various other hotels in this area including a Holiday Inn Express just a few blocks away. Regardless of price, avoid this property.
The room was small the bed was suppose to be queen it ended up being a twin bed for two people they never send housekeeping stood there 3 days I asked the service desk for housekeeping she lied stated they will go and clean none ever went the hotel smells they don’t have a phone in your room for obvious reason they don’t want you to bother them. This hotel was a joke I always book in the area but this was the worst hotel I ever went to save your money the pool was broken, the exercise room the treadmill was mess up the breakfast was very poor one of the worst experience I have ever had it looks beautiful online when you go you can tell the difference is an old building the owner doesn’t invest
The absolute worst hotel I have stayed in. No room cleaning after 4 nights. Smelled like urin. Pool closed in the middle of summer. Customer service was nonexistent. Breakfast was included but unpalatable. STAY AWAY!!
Didn’t get to stay here the customer service was so bad and front desk I had never experienced something so bad before the manager wanted to fix it for me but the front desk was like No I was like okay so we left can’t not let someone do that so No No please don’t go here
Mixed bag: bed reasonably comfortable, adequate storage, plumbing worked; staff was generally okay, unit was clean. Now the negatives: a) serious deferred maintenance (bathroom sink propped up by unfinished two-by-four); wood framing sink showed obvious wear; in lobby/sitting area, the vinyl covers had been completely worn through (contrary to the pictures); chair in unit had vinyl seat worn through; b) ice machine on first floor broken; c) computer for customers out of service; d) at breakfast, out of yogurt by 10 a.m. one day, out by 8:30 a.m. (or earlier) the next. Customer requested butter for waffle, was told there was no butter. Ratings seem far too favorable based upon what we experienced. Property sorely needs major rehabilitation.
