I had salmon with a tomato sauce with anchovies. I found the sauce a little sour. I would thought it would have gone better with a little mashed potatoes, or maybe polenta or risotto The tiramisu is ok. I had swordfish. The sauce was wonderful but the fish was not fresh. It tasted like defrosted frozen fish. It was very fishy. The dessert was chocolate torte and was delicious. We were celebrating a wedding anniversary and decided to try Strega Italiano. The restaurant had a very romantic vibe. It was perfect for us. Our waitress was excellent! We both got the cioppino. All of the seafood was cooked perfectly. It was one of the best plates of food I have ever eaten. We can't wait to come back and try some other dishes. Thank you for a great meal!
