Chipotle Mexican Grill - Woburn

This used to be the best chipotle around and now it’s the worst. Consistently out of ingredients. Lady at the register is mean.

This is the second time that this has happened. Ordered a vegetarian burrito bowl through doordash and found pieces of meat in the bowl.Chipotle is one of the few fast food chains where I can go to get a good vegetarian meal but these incidents show the lack of quality and precautions taken by the staff at this chain.I will be taking my business to a different outlet from here on.

Location is never open consistently. Randomly closed during standard business

Too much negative comments sounds like a bunch of people that never worked in the restaurant industry, this chipotle is really good! Yes the inside tables could be cleaner but food is always on point for me. Staff are chill too they are just doing their jobs.

Been going here for years but never have I had as bad of an experience as today. Were 2+ hours behind on orders and incredibly understaffed. Whoever the manager or district manager is telling your employees not to turn off online orders when your that backed up should be ashamed. That is on YOU for running the store into the ground, not your employees. Felt bad for what they had to put up with.
