Wendy's - Wixom

Avoid this restaurant at all costs! The customer service is non-existent. The moment we walked in, a rude woman at the counter treated us poorly. Despite being out of town and just looking to pass some time, we decided to give it a chance. I was there with my two daughters, and we ordered just one meal and a water because my 7-year-old was feeling nervous before her competition. When my older daughter grabbed her soda, the waitress rudely accused us of stealing. I quickly showed her that we had paid for it and explained that my daughter had mistakenly picked up the wrong cup. The waitress continued to berate us and publicly humiliate us in front of other customers. If my daughters hadn't been there, I would have spoken up more, but we decided to leave instead. We will never be returning to this place.

This Wendy's is the cleanest restaurant I have ever been to! The service was fantastic and all of the workers were very friendly. It made my day.

We have visited this Wendy's location multiple times last year and they have never disappointed. The food is always fresh, the staff is consistently polite, and the service is quick. They always exceed my expectations.

Hamburger spicy chicken we had were in order, but they have laid more salt on the pommes than on the roads. I want a hauch of salt on my pommes as pommes on my salt!

I ordered a salad with modifications, frosty and a bottle of water; and I received my order in a timely fashion, made correctly and packaged well.
