Come on. how much was was wasted on signs. ensure delivery of the product before start. pity at this place on the lack of customer care to order at a kiosk. I saw 2 potential customers left because the guy behind the counter-Rude said we don't take orders, they need their order in. an older couple remained because they had only cash and no possibility to pay. after that came a dame and took cash from another customer who had only cash money. Stores were destroyed by covid and today terrible labor forces. when they work, they do their best. be not rude. they supply the product they offer or take it from the menu. I guess the grain product supplier cannot produce flat maize products. they must fold them into hard taco shells. taco bell used to be a solid way to eat fast. Now it's going to go and find out what they don't have.
New review: The drive-thru line, especially after 7pm, is so slow. And it’s all because they can’t manage to run the drive-thru while they’re trying to fulfill Doordash and Grubhub orders. So customers get to wait for them to find the time. I got in line tonight at 10:25 and I was the 8th car in line. It’s 10:45 as I write this and I’m 4th in line, and that’s mostly because three cars abandoned the line. So they’ve only served one drive-thru customer in 20 minutes. And the car at the speaker now, has been there for 7 minutes and they have their window up still… so they clearly aren’t ordering yet. Every other Taco Bell I’ve been to — every other fast food restaurant in fact, has found a way to divide their time between online orders and store orders. The only reason I haven’t left the line is morbid curiosity as to how long it’ll take them to serve the customer at the speaker.If this location has such a hard time fulfilling online orders while also taking drive thru orders, maybe it’s time to disable online ordering.Previous review:Every business is understaffed these days, this Taco Bell included, but they manage to keep their drive-thru line moving, they always get orders correct, and their business hours are consistent and reliable. Unlike the McDonald’s across the street.
Got two crispy chicken chalupa boxes with some modifications due to allergies and such. Both boxes were completely wrong. We called and talked to the manager Emily who was nice enough to let us come back for a replacement within a week. We went back today for the replacement and they messed it up again. Called and asked to speak to a manager, explained the problem and she hung up on us and refused to answer the phone after. Will be calling corporate and letting them know what happened. This place has consistently for years been known by everyone around it to be the worst. Do not waste your hard earned money on half baked service.
Doors were open, I walk in to order on the computer guy comes out yelling about them only having 3 people and I have to go back out and get into drive thru line.... ridiculous! What's the difference if I order on the machine and pay and/or go through the drive thru? Smh
Come on guys.. I just waited in line for 25 minutes I got here at 1132 and you tell me you are closed at my car. I love you guys but that's bull.. I just drove all the way from pinconning and passed 15 other taco bells to come to your restaraunt. And you tell me no.. I work in the service industry, we're not aloud to turn customers down and personally I never would. especially if it only takes me 30 secs to make 1 taco. Your night manager needs to learn the value of customers. JEREMIAH.. yea I saw you in there.
