Pizza Express - Witney

The food is delicious and the service is quick. The pizza was large, but I was able to take home leftovers in a box. I will definitely come back again.

We had a very disappointing and unwelcoming experience at the Witney branch of Pizza Express. When we arrived with our family on 28/07/24 at 4pm, the Deputy manager informed us that without a booking, she would only serve us for a limited time of 1 hour in order to clear the table for the next booking. Despite the restaurant being only 20% full with plenty of empty tables to accommodate our family of 5, we were made to feel unwanted. We believe this treatment was unjust and may have been motivated by racism. Other staff members seemed to acknowledge the manager's behavior and attempted to apologize for it. In response, we decided to take our time with our meal and exceed the 1-hour limit, as it became clear there was no immediate need for our table. Pizza Express Witney should address issues of racism within their staff and investigate this particular manager's conduct.

We had a truly amazing experience at Witney Pizza Express! We ordered takeout for lunch on July 18, 2024, and everything was ready on time and absolutely delicious. The restaurant manager was incredibly kind and lovely, and we want to give a special shout-out to the chef. Thank you for a wonderful meal!

Fabulous food and helpful staff. Would definitely go again. Would highly recommend the pollo ad astra.

Had a lovely impromptu dinner here on Thursday night. Our server was lovely and attentive. The food was delicious and too much for us to finish we took home the leftovers! The section at the front of the restaurant is really lovely and had a good atmosphere. Will definitely be back.
