Unfortunately, it was not very tasty....Not wrong with it, it was just more or less tasteless. I heard the guests on the next table say exactly the same. So, huge portions, little taste, beautiful price.
We were guests in the schnitzelhus and actually we would have to apologize and almost for it. when we arrived we had the impression that the waitress (dark red/black shoulder-length haare) did not like it, that guests came. their views were clear. that some positive at this local was eating. has tasted us very well. but we were not asked if we still want to drink, and since the waitress seemed very annoyed, we did not ask. after we paid, they disappeared in the kitchen and we were not passed.
The portions are huge. for this the quality is less good. Here I would like the cook to find a reasonable medium way: smaller portions, but a certain quality. I've never gotten from the dose in a restaurant. that is -my opinion after- a no-go for a restaurant. the carving was good on average, but too thick. the creations are diverse, but are also nothing that you could not make home. a little more innovation would be desirable. in a carving house I expect at least the white carving (so from calf). certainly a little more expensive, but a carving house without a carving on the map would be as if I went to smell and he has no gyros in the offer. the staff was also on average good. not outstanding friendly, but also not unfriendly. Perhaps a training in English would be helpful, then the waitress might also speak the word worchester correctly. but that is not crucial now. an average. the restaurant acts inviting, but I guess I won't return the next few years. Sorry.
For a locality called "dat schnitzelhus" you should be able to expect a little more. The carving creations are partly quite strange to me. most of them with boils or carrots. My carvings from the verdigo with a slender cut, not even that was tidy. the carving dry and quite fad. the pfeffer sauce without pfeffer - it was on the finished tzatziki. the hunger drives in and the geiz keeps it in. sorry. but when you come back to wismar, I know about which local I make a big arch.
Was eating with my man and our daughter there this afternoon. Unfortunately, I must say that I am very disappointed. the sauces unfortunately did not really taste homemade and at our daughter even a hair lay on the teller. but the worst was the service. the service seemed to be nice at the first moment, but it seemed very tormented and involuntary in the aftermath. Beyond that, I was shocked that it didn't interest the chef that we found a hair in the teller of our daughter. we would have expected him to come to the table or something similar. he was present, that told us the nice service.
