Kfc - Wisconsin Rapids

Through the Drivethru and got our food fast. then, after we parked and started eating, we realized that two of our Burritos were not grilled as we asked. We then called to ask if they could regain them and the guy who answered the phone was very understanding and very friendly. He immediately redeemed our Burritos and brought them to us. he has also added to some cookies. he came out and apologized and told us to have a good day. I see a lot of negative reviews and thought id share my positive experience. Accidents happen, and from my experience of working in fast food, it is easy to make a mistake. but this man did this up and beyond for us. I think his name was Roland or Rayland, something close to it. Man deserves a raise.

Where else you can get KFC and Taco Bell in one. I haven't seen it for a while. Was able to get things from KFC and get things from Taco Bell and check this place.

If you have an hour to waste, this is the place to go...horrible service, can't get everything from the menu AND absolutely no apology OR correcting of attitudes, appearance or turtle award winning wait time. Here's a picture of the drive through menuboard ????

We went through the drive through before 6pm, (closes at 8, and waiting in line for at least 15 minutes only to be told when ordering that they only had popcorn chicken available, and wouldn?t be making any more chicken. Wow.

This kfc/tacobell has been around for quite some time. It's nice to have a combo even though they don't have the full menus atleast you have the basics. My kids love the chicken and wife and I like the choices.
