Edytka's Polish - WISCONSIN DELLS

This was our second visit to Edytka's. We have had excellent food both times. The owners and staff are friendly and the food comes out quickly. If you are looking for authentic Polish food, this is the place!

If you 're looking for something different in the food area, this restaurant is for you. My wife and I had just returned from Poland and found that the cuisine here was truly a 'Polish Delight '. The portions are so large that you 'll have trouble finishing your meal. Don 't miss this experience!!!

I walked into this restaurant with moderately high expectations, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that the meal far exceeded them. My wife and I shared the Polski Talerz (sampler plate), which was fantastic. The Hunter's Stew was exquisite, and the cabbage pierogies might be the best I've ever had. However, I wasn’t particularly fond of the Cabbage Roll, as it mostly tasted like gravy. In the bustling tourist scene of Wisconsin Dells, Edytka's truly stands out from the crowd. Just a heads-up: don’t expect the food to be ready instantly; everything is actually cooked fresh. There is an American menu for those who prefer familiar dishes, but we chose to stick with the traditional offerings.

I really enjoy Polish cuisine, and this restaurant is one of my favorites for any food enthusiast! I highly recommend the sampler platters, which allow you to taste a variety of specialties. Everything is so flavorful and delicious that I ended up eating way more than I should have because it was just that good!

We also had the Toasted Bread with Cheese and Mushrooms, or 'Zapiekanka,' which tasted like a light, crispy pizza—it even came with a pickle, which was a nice touch. The Mushroom Soup was simply delicious, possibly one of my favorite dishes here, and it really brought the entire meal together. We even dipped the Potato Pancakes into the Mushroom Soup, and it was incredible. The service was outstanding, too. Everything about our experience was wonderful, delicious, and just perfect!
