The Grange - WIRRAL

Enjoyed a fantastic reunion with friends at my former local hangout after several years. The food was delicious and the service from the waiting staff was both friendly and efficient.

Best part of this pub are the people in it! Everyone is very friendly. The atmosphere is bright and fun.

We have just been to The Grange in Moreton for my mothersz birthday, my husband and I had the burger stack.....avoid at all cost totally dry, tasteless and full of grizzle. We couldn't eat them poor quality for £12.95) We left never ever to return!!! I have given The Grange two stars for the fact the heating was on!!!!

My knit natter group chose here for our Xmas meal...what a decision! Lovely surroundings, friendly, funny staff, food to die for very very reasonably priced. I had pate with salad toast, full Xmas dinner the best apple crumble I have ever tasted..... believe me, I have tasted a lot of apple crumbles! Haha....cup of coffee bottle of water....under £25!! Plenty of turkey on the meal, lovely crisp roasties, stuffing ball, pigs in blankets, veg served separately, carrot turnip, cabbage, sprouts....with 3 gravy boats for 6 of us. They even boxed up the left over veg for me to bring home for a fry up for tomorrows lunch If I could give more stars, I would. I will be back I highly recommend you give the place a try.

Ok wouldn’t bother again Visited on a Sunday afternoon Tables seemed reserved but for later in day but staff reluctant to seat people even though there was enough time Seemed very unorganized Watched a single elderly diner wait ages to be asked for his order even though he was seated Quite embarrassed by that to be honest Service was ok for us They seemed to be training staff possibly for Xmas etc Food mediocre It was good portions Roast potatoes were strange Quite expensive too for what it was Only good impression I got was the decor was nice to the previous .
